"There's a woman behind every great thing." Alphonse de Lamartine, French poet. The Bible says: "Whoever finds a wife finds happiness is a grace which it obtains from the Lord" (Proverbs 18. 22). In the pastoral ministry, it is certain that the wife of a pastor has a vital role, she appealed to answer the call of God for his life. The course addresses the subject Pastoral Theology and Pastor Turgeon, who teaches this section, we recall that the wife of a pastor is not automatically the same appeal as her husband. She does not have to have a Crown and can not require her to a ministry of leadership in the church.

To better understand what the wife can live a servant of God, here is a list of 9 factors of stress for the wife of a pastor:

1. The pastor's wife is more exposed to the life of her husband than most other women. She is constantly observed by others.

2. The pastor's wife must accept all kinds of personal sacrifices, family and financial.
She underwent emergency of her husband. The department is still one of the most poorly paid occupations.
In addition, the family's pastor often lives in a dwelling adjoining the church and privacy is difficult to preserve.

3. The pastor's wife must meet the expectations of the meeting regarding his time spent in Christian service. Without forgetting its role as wife and mother in an exemplary manner.

4. It is difficult for the pastor's wife to assert themselves as a person, apart from the fact that she is the wife of the pastor, without offending some members of the assembly. She must learn to come out of role " church " a few days a week to have fun and grow out of the church, like all other women. She must learn to say no politely and kindly to requests from people.

5. The pastor's wife is not entitled to favoritism in his friendly relations of the church. She takes big risks to do so. She can not do with women who live the same situation.

6. The pastor's wife must remain neutral in public controversies in the church. It would need the help of God if it were to take a stand for a church member or defend her husband in a conflict situation.

7. The pastor's wife should support her husband in his role as a man of God and learn to participate in the measure of success he might know. It is considered a privileged when things are going well and should encourage her husband in his difficult times.

8. People think that the pastor's wife has been formed in his function as her husband was to be pastor. When must agree to publicly speak to an audience, it can pass through difficult times because of his lack of training or experience. Even if it can count on God's help, it does not always feel able to accomplish its task.

9. The pastor's wife will be forced to agree to do things beyond its capacity and its level of preparedness. Which will require him to be bold and courageous in this kind of situation, accepting the possibility of disappointing people and having to cope with criticism.

Let us pray for women pastors. They can discover and respond to God's call and they can perform their role effectively to their husbands, while flourishing and being examples to the women around them.
