Title: Saul Lesder a defaulting
Texes of study: 1 Samuel 13:1-14 and 1 Samuel 15:1-35
Golden Text: Micah 6:8
Central Truth: The Rebellion against God leads to ruin.
Evangelical emphasis: It is unseemly that he who would be agreeable to the Lord is rebelling against him.
This lesson has three parts.
1) The sin of presumption of Saul.1 Samuel 13:1-14
2) The second opportunity to Saul.1 Samuel 15:1-9
3) The rebellion and punishment of Saul.1 Samuel 15:10-35
Application: By saving animals and Agag, Saul rebelled against God and missed the opportunity to be pleasing to the Lord, he scrupulously obedient.
Doctrine: Moving into the gospel ministry is to choose to obey the Seigheur in all things and to always be pleasant.
Good manners: In the Gospel ministry, he should follow the prescribed etiquette, wui are often emotional and antiscripturaires, but absolutely obey the Lord and to be fair and nice.
